Mandela Bay Pictures is a growing company with 100% black ownership. With office  in Nelson Mandela Bay and Johannesburg,the company’s business strategy is founded on principals of skills development and job creation that will promote the growth of a film and television industry in South Africa. We are involved in facilitating the growth and development of the fledgling film and television industry in South Africa which presents unique opportunities in training, skills development and job creation.As we grow, and with each project, Mandela Bay Pictures  seek to employ individuals who bring a diversity of high skills and talent to the company. We believe that empowerment is an essential part of our business if we are to be successful in growing this industry.

Based on the belief that South Africa is brimming with locations and talent that present the national industry with a new frontier of production opportunities, we seek to exploit fresh creativity and modern technology to deliver cost effective product without sacrificing production quality and entertainment value.MBP makes documentary, fiction and factual projects for SABC, Aljaazera and the international market, with its recent project ready for release in cinemas  around South Africa in 2017. MBP is also in development of a number of International feature fiction, factual and  lifestyle travel  projects.

Mandela Bay Pictures corporate department has produced a number of co-oporate videos, for some of the big mines, consulting firms and government departments in South Africa and across the African continent.
